Eh… Brussels was ok… The churches are beautiful and the main square is also but honestly I was not a fan. I stopped in on my way from Amsterdam to Paris and I think if you are wanting a stop over in between then why not check it out for a day.
Accomodation: MEININGER Brussels City Center (Hostel)
One of the nicest hostel rooms I have stayed in. The rooms and bathrooms are so clean and tidy and it was nice to have a break from all of the partying. The hostel itself was pretty cool however felt like it was in a bit of a dodgy area. The communal kitchen area was a mess though, food and dishes everywhere and the pots and pans were a terrible. Overall I would still recommend this place as its about a 10 min walk from the main city centre
